Hi all,
There is currently a temporary administration role available @ Hewitt Associates. You will be working at Sun Microsystems, Gordon.
The role provides the local admin support to the Hewitt team working in Gurgaon, India during the interim phase of moving all in-scope services to India. The support includes:
* Printing, collating and tracking employee documentation to and from the service centre in India.
* Updating employee files
* Liaison between AustraliaNZ Sun payroll and the Gurgaon team
* Sending forms to third-party vendors
* Opening and tracking the mail
* Preparing employment packs for employees
We are looking for someone to start on 4 December for a two-week handover. We are uncertain about the duration of the role, but the best estimate at present is around 4 months.
