Seven Bridges Walk - 2006/10/25 13:03 Anyone interested in going for a 22k walk after training on Sunday 29th October.

Walking is a growing activity for millions of Australians. The public is growing ever more conscious of the need for regular exercise without the necessity of high impact pursuits such as running or body contact sports.

The Medibank Private Seven Bridges Walk is a FREE community event for all ages. Participants are encouraged to donate a voluntary “Bridge Toll” at each bridge to assist with fund raising.

The Medibank Private Seven Bridges Walk will be an experience celebrating walking; it’s not a race and everyone will be a winner. The course is a 22km closed loop circuit around Sydney Harbour, highlighting many of the magnificent views around the harbour.

The course and facilities will be open from 9am - 5pm on event day.
