2006's most memorable moments - 2006/12/26 10:00 How could we possibly let another year come to an end without compiling a list? We couldn't, of course, and so I ask - What were your most memorable moments from 2006? Who or what influenced, inspired, entertained or surprised you over the past 12 months?

Give us all the gushy details too. Like how it made you feel? What you saw? What made it memorable?

It's been a little quiet on the forum this year and I'd like nothing more than to finish the year off on a positive note. You're involvement in this community forum would really top it off.

Ok, most memorable moments?... let's see...

Dragon Boating: that would have to be coming top 3 in the country... again! 2 in a row, can we make it a hat trick? Only time will tell. Magoo did a tremendous job rallying the troops. Congratulations to all paddlers that participated.

Movie: Happy Feet. This computer-animated delight about pop-music loving penguins was the year's best musical.

Social: Attending the beautiful weddings of some of my favourite ex-ACCAdian friends.

Holiday: Traveling across Canada by train and then into Alaska on a cruise ship.
