Hi everyone,
I’ve got a place in Epping that I would like to share with someone. If anyone is interested in sharing accommodation in this modern and open plan house (almost new), I’d be keen to hear from you.
What’s on offer is:
· A comfortable room, sharing the bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

· 15-20min walk to Epping Station or 5min drive
· Minutes walk from buses and shops, and close to Macquarie Uni and local Tafe
· On street parking
· Rent will be a special price of $155 per week, plus a 4week bond
Who’s the ideal housemate?

· Easy going and fun
