The 'Off-Season Training Program '(OSTP) is run every Sunday @ 9am, commencing first Sunday of May until the beginning of October! *

We welcome paddlers of all ages and abilities who wish to improve their technical level of paddling or general fitness.

* assume training is on unless notified. Be there at 8:45am sharp.
