OSTP - Land Training   Print

Thursday of each week
teamworkThe 'Off-Season Land Training' (OSLT)* is run every Thursday @ 6:45pm for warm-ups and this training involves running and circuit work!
 
We welcome everyone that wish to keep a general level of fitness during winter to come along.

 

"Let's aim to get a full boat every time!"

Arrive at least 15min before training starts.
If you are running late or you can't make it, please advise the coaching staff immediately!
* note:
 Training is on unless notified.
Insufficient numbers for water training means land training!
