Congratulations goes out to the Bigpond Light crew for coming Third in the Minor Finals Race last Sunday (16th March 2008) at the NSW Corporate Games.
On behalf of the corporate training team (Keg, McGoo, Brad, Lachlan, Roy and Evan), it was a great pleasure to have trained you in the lead up to the competition. And we hoped you have enjoyed every single session on the water.
SFM Sponsorship Event #2 Sunday 27th April 2008 - POSTPONED
Off Season Training has now officially commenced.
This is to be held every Thursday at 6:45pm for Land Training and Sunday at 9:45am for water training. These sessions are designed to fine tune parts of your paddling stroke; to develop endurance and coordination. To keep you fit during winter. To come out of hibernation ready for the next season of racing without losing your style.
